Patti Davis has more than 20 years’ experience in publishing, starting with book acquisitions in Washington, D.C. In 2012, she moved into the journals world where she managed the North American journals program for a European publisher. She subsequently oversaw the innovation and product development for a well-known aggregator. In 2023, she become Executive Editor of Computer Science Proceedings at Springer Nature, where she is expanding the proceedings program in the Americas. She is an active member of the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP), where she has organized and moderated numerous workshops and spearheaded the development of the Journals Boot Camp. In 2024, she received SSP's Award of Appreciation.
